Job Description - HR Administrator Year FTC

CBRE Excellerate provide an integrated suite of high-quality real estate services across Africa and the Middle East, including facilities management, advisory & transaction services, project & development management, broking, valuations and property management (outside of South Africa) and will allow us to expand the self-delivery of integrated facilities management services to enterprise clients. Productivity, reliability, engagement, quality, brand—the workplace contributes to business results, whether it's an office, a retail outlet, a laboratory, a data centre, a manufacturing environment or a virtual location. We support predominantly corporate clients who buy services on a contracted basis all across Europe, the Middle East and Africa —even globally, depending on their portfolio.Role Objectives Responsibilities: Content creation Develop eLearning content, including interactive modules, assessments, and other multimedia material aligned with specific learning objectives and requirements. Integrate multimedia elements such as graphics, animations, audio, visual appeal, etc. Curriculum development Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop eLearning courses that meet the needs of the target audience and address key learning outcomes. Research and analysis Conduct research and analysis to gather relevant information, resources, and best practices to inform the development of instructional content and ensure accuracy and relevance. Writing and editing Write clear, and engaging instructional design principles, and adult learning theory to enhance learner engagement. Quality assurance Review and edit eLearning content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards. Gather feedback from stakeholders, learners and subject matter experts and incorporate revisions and improvements into eLearning content. Technology Use eLearning authoring tools and learning management systems to develop, publish, and manage eLearning content. Experience / Education: Minimum of Grade 12 Bachelors degree or similar, preferably in Education, instructional design Proven experience in eLearning content development (2-3 years) Experience with learning management systems and web delivery tools. Skills Required: Computer literacy : MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint (Advanced). Strong writing and editing skills. Proficiency in instructional design principles and eLearning authoring tools (Articulate storyline, etc). Knowledge Required: Knowledge of Learning management Systems. Adult learning principles
