Minimum Requirements: 3-year BCom or HR Degree 3-5 years of experience Advanced Excel skills SAP experience advantageous NMG Portal experience advantageous Excellent communication skills Attention to detail Deadline driven Good people skills Duties and Responsibilities Withdrawals: Submit withdrawals online Compile supporting documents Manage and resolve queries Retirements: Refer to retirement schedule Compile and send out retirement letters Hand input to payroll Section 14 Transfers: Liaise with NMG Month-end Administration: Process NMG & SACCAWU files Balance files and send to NMG for checking Management of Medical Aid: Process new applications Add dependants Assist with general member queries
