Role Overview:
As the Strategic HR Executive, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the HR strategy and providing
leadership in a complex and dynamic sports environment. With your extensive experience in HR
leadership, including HR & payroll management, facilities management, and office administration,
you will lead the HR team with vision, insight, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & implement (HCM) and provide strategic leadership and direction for the HR function, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and driving organizational transformation in the sports management industry.
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies, programs, and initiatives that promote employee engagement, talent development, and organizational effectiveness within a sports management context.
- Drive the business strategy and implementation thereof by providing holistic HR consultation, conducting business needs analysis, and identifying opportunities for improvement within the sports management arena.
- Oversee HR compliance and risk management specific to the sports industry, ensuring adherence to industry regulations, labor laws, and best practices.
- Manage payroll processes, benefits administration, and HRIS systems tailored to the unique needs of the sports management industry.
- Direct facilities management and office administration functions to create an environment conducive to excellence and performance within the sports management landscape.
