Responsibilities
• Attend to response handling of job applications • Coordinate logistical arrangements for recruitment processes • Assist with recruitment, selection, appointment, and other HR administrative services
Requirements
• Grade 10 or Grade 12 qualification with relevant work experience • Higher Education Qualification at NQF 5 is an advantage • Comprehensive knowledge of human resources management • Ability to work with diverse teams and under pressure • Attention to detail and good information management skills • Ability to handle confidential information and maintain professionalism • Strong planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office tools • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel is advantageous
