Job Description - Human Resources Administrator

Nurture Brands was established by EXEO Capital, to provide investors with a platform through which they can invest in the leading functional- and convenience food producers in Southern Africa. The need for 'convenience' is being driven by rapid urbanization and changing consumer habits. The Nurture Brands strategy is to invest in companies that focus on providing food products and related services in this rapidly changing consumer environment. Nurture Brands is led by a seasoned board of directors that have more than 100 years of food- & investment experience between them.Key Responsibilities: Assist in the implementation of HR programs and initiatives. Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate recruitment processes, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with onboarding activities. Support employee relations by responding to inquiries and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Assist in the administration of benefits, including enrollment and inquiries. Help organize training and development activities for employees. Contribute to HR projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience. Proven experience in an HR administrative role. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative team environment.
