SUMMARY:
HR Officer with experience in payroll + construction, manufacturing and/or mining POSITION INFO:

Human Resources Officer Fourways, Gauteng Salary R 45 000 to R 50 000 per month Job details

Education / Qualifications
HR Diploma (Preferred)
Human Resources administration: 5 years solid HR Officer / Administration experience.
Human Resources officer / administrator: 5 year Preferred)
Payroll experienced (500+ and more)
Experience in the Human Resources field – Full Function, in the mining sector will be an advantage.

Duties & Responsibilities

Candidate must have the following:
Preferably a qualification in Human Resources
Recruitment full function.
Experience in the Human Resources field – Full Function, in the mining sector will be an advantage.
Sound knowledge of South African Labour Law (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA and OSHA)>
IR – Informal and Formal discipline.
Understanding of SLP’s.
Understand and booking of medical.
Training and EE experience.
HRIS maintenance, continuous update and administration
(HRIS capturing, confirmation of employment, etc)
Employee records and Files updated daily
HR Audits
Employee Relations Administration
Contracts / job offers administration.
Drawing up of KPI’s and job descriptions
Full HR Departmental Administration
Employee Engagement Activities / events
Ability to multi-task.
Excellent communication skills.
Computer literacy a must MS office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Travel may be required from time to time
