Job Description - HYBRID EXEC ASSISTANT & FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR Rk pm

EXEC ASSISTANT & FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR R30k pm - Hybrid Cape Town CBD

Our client, an innovative tech company has a world class opportunity available for an experienced all rounder, Executive Assistant with solid financial and operational administration skills as the role will encompass a range of tasks including travel management, leadership and operations support as well as financial administration.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:

  • Financial Administration: Bank liaison, follow up on overdue payments, follow up on outstanding invoices for submission, daily recon of payments, process invoices, reconcile invoices, liaison for card payments, supplier liaison, provide banking details
  • Procurement: Order promotional & marketing items / office supplies - adhering to budget, vendor liaison, negotiate favourable terms with suppliers
  • Executive Assistant: Provide administrative support to leadership team, assist with prep and distribution of reports and presentations, scheduling meetings, managing calendars, organise events and staff welfare activities
  • Travel Management: Co-ordinate and book intl travel incl flights, accom, car rentals, travel insurance, visa applications, research cost savings, provide support re travel arrangements to staff
  • Office Administration: Oversee cleanliness, efficiency and organisation of office environment, liaise with landlord, manage office supplies inventory, co-ordinate maintenance, purchasing and repairs for IT equip with IT Tech, keep up to date asset schedule for insurance, assist in onboarding process for new employees, manage off site storage facility

 

Requirements

  • Degree / Diploma
  • Matric essential
  • Min 3 years experience in a similar position in a fast paced environment
  • XERO Accounting Software
  • Google Suite: Google Docs, Sheets, Slides 
  • Own vehicle and valid driver's license essential
