Job Description - IT Desktop Administrator

MMS is seeking to employ a qualified and experienced IT Desktop Administrator. The successful candidate will join a dynamic and highly skilled ITTeam.

The successful candidate will report directly to the HOD: IT and Security.

Specific Role Responsibilities

Ensure that all calls and tickets are answered and resolved within the Company SLA agreement
Regularly check and update all calls and tickets
Act on reassigned calls and tickets accordingly

Qualifications and Experience

Computer Hardware skills (A+ Certificate)
Networking skills (N+ Certificate) Optional
Proficient in Microsoft desktop operating systems and applications (Office365)
Working knowledge of desktop imaging and deployment
Proficient in PC hardware, software, and printer troubleshooting
Desktop hardware and software support (including Office Suite and Mail)

Skills and Personal Attributes

Working knowledge of desktop imaging and deployment
Proficient in PC hardware, software, and printer troubleshooting
Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and easily adapt to change
Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as within a team
Must meet deadlines, accomplish tasks within the agreed-upon time structure, and adapt to a fast-paced, demanding environment
