Laboratory Assistant

We are seeking a meticulous and motivated Laboratory Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our laboratory operations. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and set up laboratory equipment and instruments. Assist in conducting experiments and research under the supervision of senior lab personnel. Collect, label, and analyze samples (e.g., biological, chemical, physical). Record and compile accurate data and maintain detailed laboratory notes. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab equipment. Ensure the laboratory is clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation. Manage inventory and order laboratory supplies as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; an associate degree or certification in a related field is preferred. Previous experience working in a laboratory setting is a plus. Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and safety protocols. Proficiency with laboratory equipment and instruments. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to follow instructions and work independently as well as part of a team. Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
