Job Description - Lodge Anchor

Key responsibilities

•         Report to the Lodge Manager

•         Procurement           Stock take, Stock issues, storeroom controls, placing and receiving orders.

•         Housekeeping         Room checks, Supervise all personnel in the department. Provide training where required. Stock control and orders. Morning Co-ordinating meetings.

•         Front Office             Guests Check in and out. Day sheet and rooming list. Billing and Invoices. Gate manifest.

•         Guest relations        Ensure highest level of guest relations in the lodge are adhered too. Courtesy calls.

•         Guest venues           presentation, operating equipment, décor, aesthetics associated with all venues. Waiter supervision and training.

Skills & Experience

•         A minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in a similar role

•         Financial management ability.

•         Must be computer literate (Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Outlook & Explorer)

•         High standards of service excellence and a passion for the industry.

•         Awareness of dietaries and allergies.

•         Attention to detail.

•         Excellent management ability and communication skills.
