Maintenance Manager

Timeshare Lodge in the Bela Bela area is looking for a Maintenance Manager.

• General Maintenance and repairs to all buildings.
• Upkeep repairs of all public areas.
• General maintenance on Electrical, plumbing, appliance and tools and equipment.
• Plan, propose, manage all projects as and when required including collaboration with projects with outside contractors.
• Ensure quality control of a maintenance and projects.
• Prepare & submit annual and ad hoc budgets for operations and projects.
• Negotiate favorable wholesale prices with suppliers.
• Fleet Management of company vehicles.
• Ensure effective staff management within the guidelines of the company policies and legislative requirements.
• Weekly and Monthly reports
• Control and manage stock levels and reports

Requirements:

• Candidate must have strong Leadership, Administration, Project
• At least 5 - 10 years Maintenance Management and General Building Maintenance within the hospitality industry 
• Exceptional report writing skill.
• Attention to Detail.
• Reliability and adaptability.
• Microsoft Office, especially with Good Excel Skills.
• Project Management is essential.
• MS Office (Excel & Stock system) is essential.
• Valid RSA ID is required.
• Valid Driver’s License and PDP is required.
