Medical Receptionist

Supreme Aesthetics, a medical practice focusing on aesthetics and medical weight loss solutions, is looking for a well-presented woman for reception administration, emphasizing qualities like self-motivation, trustworthiness, and teamwork. The ideal candidate should maintain clean habits, lead a healthy lifestyle, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience in administration, client interaction, and basic financial tasks. Additional knowledge in aesthetics and sales techniques is beneficial but not required. Our commitment to client satisfaction and professionalism remains paramount. Responsibilities:

• Assist the doctor with services and treatments.
• Process customer payments, manage appointments, and warmly welcome customers upon arrival.
• Effectively manage the front desk and reception area.
• Conduct inbody analysis and update client records with contact details and treatments received.
• Cross-sell beauty products and additional treatments when appropriate.
• Ensure all areas are clean, and equipment is sterilized before use.

Preferred qualifications and experience include:

• Proven work experience as a Medical Receptionist or similar role.
• Experience in Sage advantageous.
• Excellent customer service abilities and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to make clients feel comfortable and well cared for.
• Well-presented and professional.
• Basic computer literacy for booking appointments and processing payments.
• Sales-driven and a team player.
• Willing to learn new skills.
• Knowledge of aesthetics would be advantageous, though not mandatory.

Immediate Availability The successful candidate needs to be dynamic, a self-starter, a self-motivator, very organized and detail-orientated, and have specific experience in the medical healthcare space.
