Our client is looking for a vibrant and efficient, Office Administrator with Telecommunciations experience for their Durban Office.

The candidate needs to serve the the FTTH sales team.

• Daily total sales report pivoting for the sales team
• Ticket analysis report for the sales team
• Activation scheduling
• Credits
• Customer queries
• Assisting the sales team with any queries
• Reviewing CNI’s to identify any fraudulent activity
• Monitoring WhatsApp groups for any escalation, activation pics etc
• Number porting
• Cession process
• Ordering sims and services for staff members
• Processing claims
• Cancellations
• Assisting managers with daily duties and queries
• Vehicle recon
• Minutes of meetings
• Vehicle booking
