Operations Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Telkom SA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our team in a remote work capacity. As an entry-level position, this role is ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in a related field who are looking to grow their career with a leading telecommunications company.

Responsibilities: - Monitor and analyze operations processes to identify areas for improvement - Assist in the development and implementation of new procedures to streamline operations - Coordinate with different teams to ensure smooth and efficient workflow - Provide support in project management, including tracking progress and reporting on key metrics - Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations - Participate in team meetings and provide input to drive operational excellence

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a related field - Confident and hardworking personality traits - Strong adaptability and attention to detail skills - Excellent communication and organizational abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
