QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE
- IT Degree and/or relevant qualifications
- Min 5 years of experience in a corporate environment
- Project managements qualification and/or relevant experience
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- A bachelors degree in administration or relevant qualifications.
- A minimum of 5 years experience in a corporate environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficient in all Microsoft applications.
- Superior SCRUM and workload automation product knowledge.
- Change Management (CM)
- IT Service Management (ITSM)
- Release Planning
- Start Up Management (SUM)
- System Monitoring
- Technical Continuity Management (TCM)
- Excellent proficiency in the Agile Tool Chain (JIRA, Confluence)
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
ADVANTAGEOUS TECHNICAL SKILLS
- Knowledge of GROUP, YPA (Advantageous)
- A team player with leadership skills.
- Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail
ROLE:
- Stakeholder analysis and reviews (Building and maintaining profitable relationships).
- Support the growth of Workload Automation products (Alliances, identify gaps and opportunities).
- Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these by strategizing accordingly.
- Communication management (newsletters and notifications)
- JIRA coordination (Projects, sprints and Kanban boards)
- Confluence design, build and maintenance
- Compliance management (YPA documentation, Audits, LRE and KPI adherence)
- Work with the technology teams to ensure a seamless product experience
- Provide general assistance to the Operations team and end users
- Work closely with other functional consultants, developers, product owners and various global stakeholders in a bigger feature team
- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest products and features.
- Meeting with product owners in the organization to plan strategically.
- Internal team liaison, travel and claims process support, even coordination, and guest hosting
