Operations Manager

  What Your Day-to-Day will Look Like:

🚀 You will drive performance and service delivery alongside mid-senior management within the Financial Services Department.

You’ll be focused on driving campaign performance and tracking outcomes. You’ll be reporting into the Head of Department, most of which will have started as an advisor themselves, so they are the best placed to support you. You will be effectively coaching and mentoring your Service Delivery Manager’s to better overall campaign performance.

You will be working onsite leading members and having experience in telecommunications/collections management will be a distinct advantage as well as knowledge of HR labor laws. You will manage contact center performance in line with Sigma policies and procedures to meet performance targets. 

🤩 You will have previous Telecommunications Call Centre experience, you are eager and willing to work rotational shifts. You are vibrant, energetic and full of charisma and determined to make this role your own.

Requirements:

• You have at least 1-2 years Team Management experience working as an Operations Manager within a Telecommunications/Collections environment .
• Relevant tertiary qualification
• Excellent in driving communication and performance
• You must have existing/previous experience working on a telecommunications campaign
