OPERATIONS MANAGER â INDUSTRIAL

SUMMARY:
Seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Durban. The ideal candidate will manage, coordinate, organize, and implement various objectives within our industrial division to ensure profitability and sustained growth.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10 years' management experience in an industrial environment, with at least four years at a senior level.
- Relevant B-degree in Mechanical Engineering is advantageous.
- In-depth knowledge of engineering industry principles, techniques, and practices.
- Strong planning, organizing, and directing skills.
- Dynamic drive and results orientation.
- Good understanding of financial planning and strategic management.
- Ability to foster strong internal and external relationships.
