Operations Specialist

Role Description

• This position falls within the operations team, primarily serving as an Operations Specialist.
• Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, who in turn reports to the Chief Operating Officer.
• The main objective of this role is to enhance and uphold efficient operating procedures across the investment management business, fostering a responsive and process-oriented operations team.

 
Qualifications and Experience

• A relevant finance qualification such as Chartered Accountant is required. Additional specialization in financial services is beneficial.
• A self-motivated individual with a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in operations within the financial services sector, ideally in fund management.
• Proficiency in reconciliations and cash management is a must.
• Familiarity with a programming language is advantageous, although not mandatory.
