We are looking for a remarkable Payroll Administrator to join our all-star team at Red Ember Recruitment (PTY) Ltd in Bedfordview, Gauteng.

· Collation of timesheets [hours and claims] onto Excel Spreadsheets

· Processing Payrolls on VIP Payroll Premier

· Handling all Payroll / Invoicing queries

· Debtor Invoicing on Sage Pastel Partner V17

· Reconciling Remittances to Invoices

· Month End Statements

· Leave Administration

· Advance, Gratuity & Special Payments

· Adding & Terminating Employees onto Sage VIP Payroll Premier

· UIF Forms

· Electronic Filing of documents

Requirements

· Sage VIP Payroll Premier

· Sage Pastel Partner

· MS Office [Excel, Word & Outlook]

· Sage VIP Payroll Premier · Sage Pastel Partner · MS Office [Excel, Word & Outlook] Grade 12
