Job Description

• Manage Social Media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram . Post new releases and promotions on the company's various social media portals.
• Answer messages and comments on all social media portals. Handle inquiries and customer concerns over the phone and via email.
• responsible for  obtaining market research, such as current trends in their niche and the needs and desires of consumers . 
• create a target audience and build campaigns and promotions aimed at this group of customers.

Inherent Requirements

• Identifying target audience.
• Researching which social media platforms and content are most effective for engaging with a target audience. Tracking social media data and campaign results.
• It is preferable that the candidates have at least two years industry related experience and a sound knowledge of Insurance. (Experience on the X Plan insurance package would be highly beneficial). (Word, Excel, Outlook is a must). RE5 and an industry related qualification at 120 Credits for the sales position
