Job Description

• Find Business on the CRM Package – Cross selling of the database – Health, Life & Risk 
• Prepare mailers and brochures by formatting content, arranging Headers and coordinating with team members – Promotional Content & Graphic design 
• Manage social media platforms, creating engaging content that reflects our brand's voice and reaches target audiences effectively. 
• Support insurance sales and brand awareness goals through events and other marketing initiatives 
• Track marketing campaigns, events, e-marketing and subscriber lists, and other necessary information in CRM systems 
• Oversee the company's website and digital marketing efforts - including internal email campaigns. 
• Assist with the bulk mailings for monthly newsletters, Reports, end of year letters, etc. 
• Content management for Company website
• Maintain & Development of our Website using various platforms
• Set up and manage Google Analytics and Google AdWords for tracking and optimizing website performance. –
• Corporate gifts and wellness
• Social Responsibility
• Public relations & Event

Inherent Requirements

• Minimum requirements: Matric 
• Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 
• Graphic design experience and a portfolio will be HIGHLY advantageous. 
• Experience in website maintenance. 
• Immediate starter or start asap. 
• Minimum of two years of experience in social media and digital marketing, 
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns that drive engagement, increase followers, and generate leads. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling content that resonates with our target audience. 
• Knowledge of Photoshop, Canva, or other graphic design tools is desirable
