Job Description:  

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Recruiter to join our team. The Junior Recruiter will assist in all aspects of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews. Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate fit for open positions.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
• Assist in the preparation of job offers and onboarding materials.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Support with administrative tasks related to recruitment as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Previous experience in recruitment or HR administration is a plus but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
