Role & Responsibilities:

• Handle the day-to-day administration related to WBC VAPS (products)
• Resolving product queries from Sales executives
• Lead management between WBC Sales executives and business partner call centres
• Weekly and monthly sales reporting
• Responsible for monthly commission calculations
• Support the management team with ad hoc queries and requests
• Organise product roadshows / training events (coordinate with branch management, travel arrangements etc.)

Requirements:

• Financial administration qualification would be advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Previous administration experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
• The ability to pay attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
