Thesuccessful candidate will be responsible for: SWITCHBOARD- Attending to all incoming calls: when necessarytaking messages and passing on to persons concerned.- Photocopying when required.RECEPTION- Welcoming all visitors in a warm and friendlyway, i.e. customers, clients and suppliers.- Booking boardroom- Managingreception email address- Assisting technicians, foreman, managers,factory staff with their requirements- Obtain vehicle tracker reports and email tomanagers- Ordering of stationery- Arranging courier collections/deliveries FILING- Any filing required.TYPING- Typing of letters and other documentationrequired.- Data capturing OTHER- Filling in for absent staff when required.- Control paper and toner for Photostat machine.- Keeping office clean and tidy. Minimum Requirements: · Matric· Fluent in English & Afrikaans· Good People skills· Friendly, engaging, approachable · Computer Literate· Excellent oral and written communicationskills.
