We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Oil & Gas Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the oil and gas industry, including its various sectors and roles, and will be adept at sourcing, screening, and placing top talent within this specialized field. The Oil & Gas Recruiter will play a crucial role in helping our clients meet their staffing needs and in supporting candidates in finding rewarding career opportunities within the industry. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies tailored to their requirements.
• Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates'' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles within the oil and gas industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive intelligence to effectively advise clients and candidates.
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment experience and successful placements.
• Utilize recruiting tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in sourcing and managing candidates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor''s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a recruiter in the oil and gas industry or a related sector, with a strong track record of successful placements.
• Deep understanding of the oil and gas industry, including its various sectors (upstream, midstream, downstream) and roles (engineers, technicians, project managers, etc.).
• Familiarity with recruitment best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, candidates, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software, databases, and other tools to support the recruitment process.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
