Job Description - Recruitment Searcher & Administrator

Responsibilities:

 
Recruitment Searcher:
  • Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., online job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify potential candidates who meet the requirements outlined in job specifications.
  • Conduct thorough candidate searches based on predefined criteria provided by recruiters.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for further evaluation.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to understand specific job requirements and refine search strategies accordingly.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information and communication within the recruitment database.
  • Proactively build talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment sourcing techniques.
 
Administrator:
  • Assist in the coordination of interviews and assessments by scheduling appointments and preparing interview materials.
  • Type and format resumes/CVs and other relevant documents as required.
  • Conduct reference checks on selected candidates and verify employment history.
  • Assist in drafting offer letters, employment contracts, and other hiring-related documents.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed, including data entry and report generation.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive candidate and employee information.
  • From time to time there will be a request to prepare content for linkedin marketing.
  Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field beneficial.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or similar roles advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
  • Ability to handle pressure well due to having to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Working with Canva advantageous
