Job Description:
The Foschini Group is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Coordinator to join our team. This role will be based out of Soweto, Gauteng but will offer the flexibility of working from home. This is a full-time entry-level position with zero years of experience required.
Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings. 2. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations. 3. Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and documentation. 4. Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff. 5. Monitor and order office supplies as needed. 6. Handle incoming calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate party. 7. Assist with special projects and events as assigned. 8. Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
Requirements: 1. Resourceful and driven individual who can work independently. 2. Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve. 3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. 4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
