Remote Operations Associate

Job Description:

Anglo American Platinum is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Operations Associate to join our team in Johannesburg, Gauteng, ZA. As a Remote Operations Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our remote workforce, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in delivering results.

Responsibilities: - Collaborate with remote team members to coordinate and schedule operational tasks - Monitor and track progress on assigned projects and tasks - Provide operational support to remote staff as needed - Assist in the development and implementation of operational procedures and best practices - Analyze data and provide reports to senior management as required - Communicate with remote team members to ensure clear understanding of tasks and deadlines - Troubleshoot any operational issues that may arise and provide timely solutions

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field - 1 year of experience in a similar role - Strong communication and presentation skills - Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Familiarity with remote work tools and technologies
