Operations Manager - Work from home

The Operations Manager at Clicks Group will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all processes. This position will be remote, allowing the successful candidate to work from home in Soweto, Gauteng, ZA. As a mid-to-senior level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and streamline processes. 2. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement. 3. Manage a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support as needed. 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operation across the organization. 5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement. 7. Handle any operational issues that may arise, working quickly to find solutions. 8. Maintain a high level of quality and customer satisfaction throughout all operations.

Requirements: 1. Adaptable and resilient personality traits to thrive in a fast-paced work environment. 2. Strong teamwork and innovation skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 3. Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of success. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. 7. Ability to work independently and make decisions autonomously.
