Remgro is seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as a Personal Assistant in Durban, KwaZulu Natal, ZA. As a full-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Managing and organizing the executive's schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements. 2. Coordinating meetings, conferences, and events. 3. Handling correspondence and communication on behalf of the executive. 4. Conducting research and preparing reports. 5. Assisting with project management tasks as needed. 6. Providing general administrative support to the executive and the team. 7. Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and hardworking personality traits. 2. Strong emotional intelligence and project management skills. 3. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. 6. Attention to detail and accuracy. 7. Willingness to take on new challenges and learn quickly.
