As a Personal Assistant at MMI Holdings, you will have the unique opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while supporting our executives with various administrative tasks. We are looking for a resourceful and passionate individual who is eager to grow and contribute to our team.
Responsibilities: - Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements - Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication on behalf of executives - Conducting research and compiling reports as needed - Assisting with personal tasks and errands as required - Providing general administrative support to the team as needed
Requirements: - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software - High level of organization and attention to detail - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and adapt is essential
