Job Description - Senior Recruitment Consultant


SUMMARY:
Are you interested in working remotely? We have a flexible consulting opportunity available for a Senior Recruitment Consultant.
This is a commission-based role that provides the opportunity for you to be your own boss!

POSITION INFO:
We offer the following benefits:

  • Utilisation of LinkedIn Recruiter and Pnet for sourcing.
  • An administrator to assist with typing CVs and posting jobs onto Placement Partner.
  • No desk fee.
  • 50% take-home commission on all successfully filled roles.
  • Flexible work hours.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, preferably specialising in senior-level placements.
  • You will be responsible for generating your own business and should have a solid client base.
  • You'll need to have your own home office set up, including a laptop and reliable WiFi.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-building skills with the ability to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and building a client portfolio.
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Source and attract top-tier candidates through various channels, including databases, networking, social media, and job boards.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, skills, and suitability for specific roles.
  • Coordinate interviews and manage the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
  • Negotiate offers and facilitate the placement of candidates into suitable positions.
  • Build a strong network of industry contacts and maintain knowledge of market trends and competitor activity.
  • Meet and exceed individual targets for placements and revenue generation.
