Remote Virtual Assistant

Job Description:

As a Remote Virtual Assistant at Investec, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of professionals from a remote location. This position requires a high level of organization, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities: 1. Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements 2. Handling email correspondence and responding to inquiries on behalf of team members 3. Assisting with research tasks and compiling reports 4. Organizing and maintaining electronic files and documents 5. Providing general administrative support as needed 6. Managing projects and ensuring deadlines are met 7. Handling confidential information with discretion 8. Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role 2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail 3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software 5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently 6. Driven and resourceful personality traits 7. Proven ability in project management and problem-solving 8. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
