SALES SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR

Report to the Branch Manager and will need to provide a support service to the Sales Consultants. The responsibility of the position will include but not limited to:Liaising with sales consultants and other internal departments on all sales orders;Providing feedback to customers on the progress of their orders;Submitting quotes and acknowledgement of orders to clients;Producing ad hoc sales reports for Sales Consultants and Management;Assisting Sales Consultants to achieve sales targets;Liaising with the warehouse to ensure that deliveries to customers will be made according to schedule;Developing leads for Sales Consultants by contacting dormant clients;Proactively monitoring customer stock levels in order to remind them to order;Keeping detailed information on clients on Excel;General administration for division including back up for colleagues.To qualify for the position, you should have:Matric or equivalent plus 3 years experience in a similar role;Computer literacy in the Microsoft Office Suite particularly Excel is essential;Good organizational, admin and time management skills;Good attitude towards their work ;Honesty and initiative ;Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, goal orientated, energetic and motivated;High levels of accuracy;Ability to work independently and in a team;Ability to handle stress and meet deadlinesCommitted to supporting and working closely with a Sales consultant.
