Sales Support Administrator

Job Description

A growing niche brand which services the hospitality industry is looking for a full-time Sales Support Administrator. This is an in-office position, hours are 7:30 - 4:30 or 7:00 - 4:00.  Salary is R20 000 - R25 000 CTC. 

The role will involve working closely with the Sales Business Unit Manager.

Responsibilities:

This includes arranging meetings, diligent follow-ups and meticulous logging of activities on systems

Passing on leads to the sales reps

Follow-up on sales and drawing reports

Manage the sales process

Allocate leads to the sales team

Working with the back-office process and feeding information to the Business Unit Manager

Sales forecasting on Zoho

Coordinating and working with the service department head

Follow-up on paperwork to process orders

Conducting market research, identifying potential leads and managing invoices

Requirements

3 - 5 years' sales administration skills

Sales CRM ideally Zoho or similar

Proactive

On-the ball, show initiative

English 1st language

Excellent communications skills

Sales support experience

Understand sales and targets

Organised

Attention to detail

Able to multitask

MS Teams, MS Excel and tech savvy

Full-day in-office - 7am to 4pm or 7:30 to 4:30 - month-end and when busy available till 5pm
