Job Description - Senior Digital Marketing Manager

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Senior Digital Marketing Manager with a minimum of five years of experience to lead our digital marketing efforts and drive our online presence to the next level. As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives and drive measurable results. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize digital campaigns, enhance user experience, and leverage data-driven insights to inform decision-making.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement strategic digital marketing plans to achieve business goals, including lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness.
  2. Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
  3. Lead a team of digital marketing specialists, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback to drive results and professional growth.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to align digital marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and marketing strategies.
  5. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, such as website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI, to optimize campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  6. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing, and implement innovative strategies to stay ahead of the competition.
  7. Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure the successful execution of digital marketing initiatives.
  8. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to digital marketing activities, including data privacy and consumer protection laws.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  2. Minimum of six ( 6 )  of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of success in a leadership or managerial role.
  3. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tactics, and strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  4. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results and ROI.
  5. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  6. Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
  7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  8. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook Ads Manager, and marketing automation software.
  9. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  10. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
