Job Description - Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist

Job Description: We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist to oversee our influencer marketing initiatives. As the Senior Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive influencer marketing strategies that align with business goals and objectives. You will lead a team of influencer marketing professionals, cultivate relationships with influencers and partners, and drive successful collaborations that elevate our brand presence and drive results.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic influencer marketing plans that align with business goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the influencer marketing team in identifying, vetting, and recruiting influencers and partners that align with our brand values and target audience.
  3. Cultivate and maintain relationships with influencers, content creators, bloggers, and partners to establish mutually beneficial partnerships and collaborations.
  4. Negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, including contract negotiations, compensation agreements, and campaign deliverables.
  5. Collaborate with marketing, creative, and content teams to develop influencer marketing campaigns, content strategies, and creative briefs that align with campaign objectives.
  6. Monitor and analyze influencer performance metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversions, to measure effectiveness and optimize performance.
  7. Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing, and recommend innovative approaches to drive results.
  8. Manage influencer marketing budgets, track expenses, and ensure campaigns are executed within budgetary guidelines.
  9. Prepare and present influencer marketing plans, campaign reports, and performance insights to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  10. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align influencer marketing initiatives with overall marketing strategies and objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
  2. Minimum of six years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or related roles, with demonstrated success in planning and executing influencer campaigns.
  3. Strong understanding of influencer marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends.
  4. Extensive network of influencer contacts and relationships across various industries and platforms.
  5. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and partners.
  6. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, analyze trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  7. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of influencer marketing professionals.
  8. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  9. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
  10. Commitment to delivering high-quality work and driving results that align with business objectives.
