POSITION INFO:
A leading player in the industry, offering a comprehensive range of financial products and services designed to meet the diverse needs of clients. As an Investment Analyst you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the asset management partnership model. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the development and evolution of the investment strategies while ensuring the integrity of the investment process. Duties:

• Drive the implementation of investment operating model, manage investment forums, and oversee internal and external research and management teams.
• Support the Group's strategic objectives by contributing to business principles that guide investment strategies, products, and solutions.
• Present investment reports to executive forums, ensuring senior management
• Have a clear view of investment performance relative to industry benchmarks and client expectations.
• Drive internal and external research initiatives to align with client and shareholder targets.
• Oversee the performance and effectiveness of investment strategies, identifying opportunities for growth.

Job Experience & Skills Required: Qualifications:

• Matric ( Grade 12)
• Degree in Investment Management, Finance , Actuarial Science, Quantitative or Risk Management.
• Postgraduate degree in Investment Management, Finance, Actuarial Science, Quantitative or Risk Management.
• CFA certification would be advantageous.

Experience:

• 5-10 years of experience in investment management,
• A background in portfolio management across various products, markets, and industries. (Asset management)
• Demonstrable leadership capability.
