Senior Operations Engineer

SUMMARY:
We are seeking a Senior Operations Engineer to serve as the Feature Owner for Security Tools. The successful candidate will be responsible for the SecDevOps of the client's UEM and Endpoint Protection security platform components and tools, ensuring operational stability and security.

POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the SecDevOps of the client's UEM, Endpoint Protection, and security platform components and tools.
• Verify, plan, and action security topics in collaboration with other IT teams.
• Continuously improve operational stability and security, working on operations, troubleshooting, and maintenance topics.
• Test and integrate new features to enhance security posture.
• Ensure security-related requirements, compliance, and documents are up-to-date.
• Control and coordinate to achieve KPIs and SLAs in security reporting.

• 5-7 years of IT experience.
• University degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., computer science, engineering).
• Operations experience with on-premises Linux Servers and Windows Servers.
• Experience with enterprise network configurations and ITIL processes.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in cloud and new technology stacks.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
• Good documentation skills.

• Excellent communication skills with stakeholders and management.
• Agile mindset with knowledge of agile processes and principles.
• Strong ability to understand technical dependencies and enterprise setup.
• Self-starter with the ability to self-motivate and self-learn.
