• Close work order on job completion
Qualification, Experience and Competencies
• Matric Grade 12
• Computer literate –MS Office
• Administration experience-2 years
• An understanding of relevant CS processes
• Team player
• Be able to work both on SAP CS and CRM
• Basic numeracy skills, Good analytical skills
• Accuracy and Attention to detail ,Good Time management.
• Sound communication skills
• Willing to work overtime
