SUMMARY:
The role for a Service Consultant demands a proactive, detail-oriented individual with extensive financial planning administration experience, capable of multitasking effectively while upholding professional standards. POSITION INFO:
Required Knowledge/Experience:

• Matric (Grade 12).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Good computer literacy.
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Service Consultant in Financial Planning.
• Familiarity with X-Plan or similar tools advantageous.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Draw investments and risk quotes.
• Prepare new business files and manage submissions.
• Handle existing business queries and maintain client communication.
• Ensure compliance document management.
• Assist in compliance audit preparations.
