We have a position available for an EXPERIENCED Service Advisor in the aftermarket motor industry in Durbanville with 3 years of experience and a RED SEAL qualification as a petrol technician. Candidates Must be friendly and have excellent people skills. Technical vehicle & parts knowledge. Excellent communication skills. Excellent problem-solving skills (administrative, technical, customer queries, and complaints) Be able to work under pressure. Planning and time management skills.
Good Administrative skills. Be very target driven.
Responsibilities: Manage booking calendar. Receive and handover customer vehicles. Attend to the fleet and private customers. Carry out pre-inspection. Open Job cards. Plan and allocate daily jobs (technicians). Manage work in progress with technicians & fellow service advisors. Assist telephonic, email, and walk-in customers. Quote customers (booked in and walk in). Plan and manage drivers. Time manages (parts ordered and received). Carry out final quality control inspections with technicians. Open and close workshop (must have own transport). Discuss invoice with the customer and receive payment. Nurture and expand customer base.
Basic salary of R 15000.00 to R 25000.00 on offer depending on experience and negotiable, Incentives and benefits.
