Temp Accountant/ Finance Administrator

Our client is a forward-thinking company specialising in call centre services across various sectors,
including FinTech, banking, and financial services. They are currently seeking a skilled Temp Accountant/Financial Administrator to join their team temporarily to ensure the continued excellence of their financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
-Manage accounts payable (AP), including handling creditors and debtors
-Perform general bookkeeping duties, maintaining accurate financial records
-Oversee VAT processes, ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations
-Assist in financial reporting and analysis
-Utilise accounting software (NetSuite or equivalent) for financial management tasks.

Qualifications & Requirements:
-Matric Certificate
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping
-Experience working in an auditing firm
-Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of VAT
-Strong bookkeeping and account management skills
-Proficiency in accounting software (NetSuite or equivalent is advantageous)
-Experience in small FinTech environments, banking, or financial services
-Preferable international experience, particularly with USA financial operations

-Strong analytical and numerical skills
-Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
-Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
