Key Responsibilities:
RTM:
- Develop distributor partner route-to-market strategies for short-term and long-term success.
- Optimize sales force structure and drive order generation and fulfilment initiatives.
- Enhance portfolio availability and distribution through targeted buyer engagement.
- Implement performance metrics for distributors and sales teams to drive growth.
- Provide support in business intelligence, key account management, and negotiation tactics.
Trade Marketing: - Collaborate with zone teams to ensure efficient execution of trade tool kits.
- Own and coordinate commercial calendars and sales & marketing management.
- Ensure effectiveness and ROI in sales & marketing activities, minimizing commercial losses.
- Drive brand power through salient trade programs tailored to regional needs.
- Oversee execution of shopping cart operations for maximum impact.
Profile: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role within Sales and/or Trade Marketing.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to drive ROI.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills and stakeholder management expertise.
- Proven ability to build brands and drive sales through data-driven decision-making.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in French is a bonus, but not required.
