Job Description - Villa Manager

SUMMARY:

Serve as the primary point of contact for villa guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
Greet guests upon arrival, conduct check-ins, and provide orientation to the villa facilities and services.
Address any guest concerns or complaints efficiently and effectively, striving to exceed expectations and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Foster a warm, welcoming atmosphere and cultivate relationships with repeat guests.
Recruit, train, and supervise villa staff, including housekeepers, butlers, and maintenance personnel, to ensure high standards of service delivery.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff members, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism.
Develop staff schedules, manage payroll, and handle any HR-related issues in accordance with company policies and procedures.
