Warehouse Manager in Midrand

Warehouse Manager (POS24144) Branch Administrator (POS24142) Midrand R 22 000 to R 24 000 per month plus benefits Job Purpose The primary purpose of the position is to manage Warehouse activities in the division and assign resources in such a way that capacity is maximized, costs minimized, and customers satisfaction ensured. Coordinate receiving, dispatching, reporting, warehousing, and distribution to increase efficiency and improve accuracy, customer service and output. Requirements

• Tertiary qualification in Supply chain or Warehouse Management
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in a managerial role in a warehouse environment
• Extensive experience in working according to SOPs.
• Warehouse management system experience will be an advantage
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that all OHSA rules and regulations are followed at all times
• Implementation and maintaining of all systems to improve efficiencies
• Monthly & weekly /ad hoc stock take involvement/manage processes and preparation
• Inventory Management - Receiving and Dispatch
• Ensure alignment of all work processes to the required quality standards
• Planning and managing logistics, routes, transportation, and customer services
• Arrange warehouse in terms of housekeeping, product storage and stacking.
• Supervise, coach and train warehouse workforce
• Meet cost in line with budget, productivity, accuracy, and timeline targets
