Our international client is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join their team in the UAE. If you have a background in stadium construction and aspire to work in the UAE, this opportunity is for you.

The Construction Manager will oversee all on-site construction activities and manage resources, including personnel, equipment, materials, and subcontractors. Familiarity with ISO standards, extensive knowledge of construction logistics, resource planning, and project execution is essential.

Qualifications must include a BEng in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field, and proven expertise in executing major projects within large international construction settings, preferably in the Middle East. Education:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

• Minimum of 10 years' experience in a relevant industry in major project execution within large international construction projects
• Responsible for the management, development, and planning of a civil works construction site
• Installing and organising logistics, materials, and personnel
• Directing work sequencing to expedite project delivery and minimise the disruption of ongoing operations
• Implementing and overseeing ISO9001, ISO45001, and ISO14001 standards for the construction site
• Enforcing environmental legal, contractual, and internal regulations with Site Superintendents, the Logistic Team, and the Environmental Department
