Job Description

• Electrical Systems Design: Develop electrical system designs and specifications for building projects, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, and other related electrical systems.
• Construction Support: Provide technical support during the construction phase, responding to inquiries, reviewing submittals, and conducting site visits to ensure compliance with design intent.
• Bill Of Quantity Production.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks on electrical designs, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project requirements.

Qualifications

• BSc/BEng/BTech/ND Electrical Engineering

Skills

• 5 - 10 years'' experience in the Building Construction Industry
• Ability to correct Consultant Electrical Layouts.
• Ability to Produce Shop Drawings from Consultant Layouts.
• Basic ELV Knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, lighting design, fire alarm systems, and other building-related electrical systems.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
• Basic knowledge of Revit
