Senior Digital Rollout Designer

Job Description: As a Senior Digital Rollout Designer, you will take a leadership role in the execution of digital design projects, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to brand standards. In addition to your creative contributions, you will be responsible for reviewing and providing feedback on work produced by mid-weight and junior designers. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, creative vision, and strong leadership skills. Responsibilities: Lead the development and execution of digital design concepts for websites, social media, display ads, email campaigns, and other digital platforms. Collaborate closely with creative teams to translate conceptual designs into polished digital assets, ensuring alignment with project objectives and brand guidelines. Review and provide constructive feedback on work produced by mid-weight and junior designers, guiding them to deliver high-quality results and grow their skills. Adapt and localize creative assets for multiple markets, considering cultural nuances and ensuring consistency across all executions. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in digital design, actively seeking opportunities to innovate and improve our creative output. Maintain organized files and documentation to facilitate efficient workflow and project handoffs. Requirements: Reputable qualification in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Digital Media, or a related field. Proven experience working as a digital designer in an agency or similar environment, with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and other relevant design tools. Excellent understanding of digital design principles and best practices for web and mobile platforms. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to provide clear feedback and mentorship to junior team members. Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines.
