Job Description

Position Summary:

As a Junior Site Manager, you will play a crucial role in the successful execution of plumbing and construction projects. Working closely with senior management and project teams, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires a hands-on approach, leadership skills, and a solid understanding of plumbing systems and construction processes.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

• Proven experience in plumbing and construction projects.

• Understanding of plumbing systems, construction processes, and industry best practices.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Effective communication and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of safety regulations and practices in the construction industry.

• Experience in project management.

Responsibilities:

Project Coordination:

Collaborate with project managers to plan and organize construction and plumbing projects.

Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient project execution.

Monitor project timelines and budgets, adjusting as necessary.

On-Site Management:

Supervise day-to-day on-site activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project specifications.

Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues that may arise promptly.

Manage and motivate on-site teams to maximize productivity and maintain a positive work environment.

Communication:

Act as a liaison between project teams, subcontractors, and senior management to ensure effective communication.

Provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and solutions to relevant stakeholders.

Quality Assurance:

Implement and enforce quality control measures to guarantee the delivery of high-quality plumbing and construction projects.

Conduct inspections to ensure work meets industry standards and client expectations.

Problem-Solving :

Identify and address issues or challenges on-site promptly, proposing effective solutions.

Collaborate with project teams to troubleshoot and overcome obstacles to project success.
